YRF to sue Bellamkonda & Nandini Reddy
Popular Bollywood production house is thinking too litigate both producer Bellamkonda Suresh and director Nandini Reddy. Let’s get into the details.
Nandini Reddy recently directed the movie ‘Jabardasth’ for producer Bellamkonda Suresh with hero Siddharth and beautiful Samantha in the leads. Many scenes and the key storyline of this movie happen to be a conspicuous lift from Bollywood flick ‘Band Baaja Baarat’ produced by Yash Raj Films. Hero Nani, who is expected to act in the remake of this movie stated that YRF is planning to go in a legal route regarding ‘Jabardasth’. If they take legal action, then both Bellamkonda and Nandini will be in trouble.
Recently even Siddharth tweeted, “Budget Rs. 12cr. Satellite Rs. 5cr. Theatrical share (approx) – At least Rs.8cr. Dubbing rights -Rs. 2cr. Jabardasth:) and that’s all folks!”. Even dubbing rights for this inspiration movie included in that tweet.
When few media circles questioned Nandini Reddy about this, she stated that many Hollywood movies are also made with ‘Wedding Planners’ theme and she got inspired from them. It is easy to convince press than courts…
