Twirled moustache for Venky in Bol Bachchan remake

Venkatesh sported a twirled moustache while playing a revenge-seeking cop in Telugu action-drama "Gharshana" and will repeat the look in the Telugu remake of Hindi blockbuster "Bol Bachchan".

"Venky sir will sport a twirled moustache in the film. He has already begun shooting for the film," the film's spokesperson said.

Venkatesh will reprise the role of Ajay Devgn in the remake, while Ram Pothineni will step into the shoes of Abhishek Bachchan.

Vijaya Bhaskar, known for churning several blockbusters in Telugu, is helming the untitled remake. This is his third film with Venkatesh after back-to-back hits "Nuvvu Naaku Nachav" and "Malliswari".

Anjali has been roped in opposite Venkatesh, while Shazahn Padamsee will play Ram's love interest.

Jointly produced by D. Suresh Babu and Sravanthi Ravi Kishore, the film will be shot in places such as Bangalore, Hyderabad and Pune.

Meanwhile, Venkatesh is awaiting the release of Telugu action-thriller "Shadow".

If the latest buzz in the tinsel town is to be believed, Pawan Kalyan is giving a voiceover for Ram Charan’s Yevadu film after the latter’s request to his uncle Power Star. It’s indeed good news for all mega fans but an official announcement from the makers is to be made.

Allu Arjun is doing a cameo role and he will join the sets in the coming, week and with Power Star joining the unit for a voiceover, Yevadu sure seems to be turning most anticipated film. Shruti Haasan and Amy Jackson are playing the leading ladies. Kajal Agarwal who is playing a cameo is another added attraction to the film.

Vamsi Paidipally is directing this stylish thriller and Dil Raju is producing the film on Sri Venkateswara Creations banner with Devi Sri Prasad providing the tunes.

Shadow, an out and out mass entertainer

Venkatesh, Meher Ramesh combo film Shadow is set for a release on April 11, on Ugadi and the post-production works reached last leg while the promotional activities of the film are on full-swing.

Venkatesh informs that Shadow is an out and out mass entertainer and he is playing two different shades in the film but he is not playing a mafia don. The actor also says he is quite happy with the outcome and Shadow is the right mix of action, entertainment and sentiment with the mass elements.

Tapsee played the leading lady role and Srikanth, Madhurima are doing prominent roles. Paruchuri Kireeti produced Shadow on United Movies banner. Thaman provided the scores for the film.

Iddarammayilatho wraps up Barcelona schedule

Stylish Star Allu Arjun’s Iddarammayilatho has wrapped up the extensive Barcelona schedule in Spain. Major part of the film was shot in the beautiful locales of Spain for over two months and director Puri Jagnnadh informs that the unit has fell in love with Spanish people and they got emotional leaving to Hyderabad.

The film is left with 10 days shoot which will be canned shortly in Hyderabad and meanwhile, the post-production works of the film are in progress.

Amala Paul and Catherine Tresa played the female leads in this romantic entertainer produced by Ganesh Babu on the banner of Parameswara Arts production banner. Amol Rathod cranked the camera and Devi Sri Prasad provided the tunes.
